STARLIGHT FOOTBALL ACADEMY / COPYRIGHT POLICY

Share ideas with care.

How to share academy links, respect content permissions, and report a rights concern.

01

Ownership and existing licenses

The STARLIGHT FOOTBALL ACADEMY website contains written material, photographs, branding, icons, typefaces, and software assets. Different items may be owned or licensed by different rights holders. The presence of an item on this website does not establish that the academy owns every right in it or can authorize every possible use. Existing third-party notices and license conditions continue to apply to their respective materials. A photograph also should not be treated as permission to use the identity or likeness of a person pictured for an unrelated purpose. Do not assume that material is free to reproduce because it is visible online or can be downloaded through a browser. Where your proposed use depends on permission, confirm that the person granting it has the relevant rights. This policy does not remove uses that applicable law permits or override a license that expressly grants broader rights.

02

Sharing and reuse

You may share links to the academy’s public pages and discuss the football ideas in your own words. Give clear attribution when referring to a particular article. Copying a complete article, republishing photographs, removing a watermark, distributing site assets, or presenting the academy’s branding as your own may require separate permission. Attribution alone does not necessarily provide that permission. For a reuse request, email [email protected] and identify the exact material, the intended publication, the proposed audience, and how long you expect to use it. Include whether the use is promotional or commercial. A request is not an approval, and silence should not be interpreted as consent. If permission is granted, follow its scope and any credit requirements. A separate license attached to a third-party asset should be reviewed directly for its own conditions.

03

Reporting a rights concern

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights, contact [email protected]. Identify the affected page and the specific image, passage, or asset, explain the work you believe is protected, and describe your connection to the rights holder. Include a reliable way to reply and any supporting reference that helps locate the original work. Do not send identity documents or unrelated private records in an initial report. A clear, specific notice helps distinguish a rights concern from a general objection to a football opinion. The academy can review the identified material and the information provided before deciding on an appropriate response. This contact process is a general route for reporting concerns; it does not claim registration of a designated agent or establish a specialized statutory notice procedure. Any formal legal requirements depend on the applicable process.
